Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the AP flour, white pepper, kosher salt, smoked paprika – Set aside

  2. In another bowl, add the whisked eggs – Set aside

  3. Cut the muenster into 2 oz blocks

  4. Set up a breading line – Flour mix then egg bath the Panko breading

  5. Freeze each piece of the muenster – Set in the freezer for 2 hours to set fully

  6. Simmer tomato sauce and keep warm

  7. Fry the muenster cheese squares to a golden brown until the cheese is soft but not overly melted

  8. Place the tomato sauce on the bottom of the plate – Place 2 muenster cheese squares on top of the sauce

  9. Top with parsley and Parmesan cheese

  • 1 Lb New Bridge Muenster - 2oz slices

  • 4 Whole Eggs - Whisked

  • 1 Cup AP Flour

  • 2 Cups Panko

  • 1 Tsp White Pepper

  • 1 Tsp Kosher Salt

  • 1 Tsp Spanish Paprika

  • 1 Jar Tomato Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Italian Parsley

  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese - Grated
