Muffaletta

with Mediterranean Cheddar

Ingredients

  • 4 Each Ciabatta

  • 4 Oz Salami - Thin sliced

  • 4 Oz Calabrese - Thin sliced

  • 4 Oz Mortadella - Thin sliced

  • 4 Oz New Bridge Mediterranean Cheddar - Thin sliced

  • 8 Oz Muffaletta Olive Spread or Olive Tapenade

Directions

  1. Place the Muffaletta olive salad evenly on the top & bottom of the ciabatta – Add extra oil for more flavor

  2. Place 1 oz of each of the charcuterie on the ciabatta – Layering the cheese and meat

  3. Cook until the cheddar is melted and the meat is warmed through

  4. Place the two sides together

  5. Serve either warm or at room temperature for more flavor
