Nduja Grilled Cheese

with Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 8 Oz New Bridge Monterrey Jack Cheese - Thin sliced into 1 oz portions

  • 4 Each Ciabatta

  • 8 Oz Nduja

  • 8 Oz Unsalted Butter - 2 oz portions

  • 40 Oz Tomato Basil Soup - 10 oz portions

Directions

  1. Warm the soup and keep warm until needed

  2. Preheat the oven to 400˚

  3. On a griddle, toast two buns with – Toast until golden brown

  4. Spread 1 oz of the nduja on each bun

  5. Place 1 oz of cheese on each side of the bun on top of the nduja

  6. Place into the oven and melt the cheese – Do not over melt – about 5 minutes

  7. Place the two sides together

  8. Place back on the buttered flattop and toast the top and bottoms of the bun

  9. Toast until golden brown and warmed through

  10. Cut in half and serve with a bowl of tomato soup
