Warmed Roast Beef Sandwich

with Horseradish Cheddar and Smoked Onion Jam

Directions

  1. Toast each bun until golden brown with the butter – Around 5 to 7 minutes

  2. On the bottom bun smear 1 oz of the creole mustard

  3. Add 4 oz roast beef in a waved pattern – Top with the smoked onion jam

  4. Place the cheese on the top bun

  5. Place in an oven on broil

  6. Once the cheese has fully melt over the top bun, and allow the smoked onion jam to become warm

  7. Once the cheese has fully melted, place the bun on top

  • 1 Lb Roast Beef - Thin sliced into 4 oz portions

  • 4 Each Brioche Bun

  • 8 Oz Smoked Onion Jam - 2 oz portions

  • 8 Oz Unsalted Butter - 2 oz portions

  • 8 Oz New Bridge Horseradish Cheddar - Thin sliced into 2 oz portions

  • 4 Oz Creole Mustard - 1 oz portions
